Recent stress

For all of you who don't know, we are currently trying to sell the house so we can move down to Phoenix, AZ for Andy to go to law school.  We have shown the house probably about 15 times and had no bites.  We're moving in just a couple of weeks.  We are terrified.  It looks like we might be renting out the house instead.  Both options don't instill a lot of confidence.  To make matters worse, we can't go down to Phoenix to find a place so we're making my brother-in-law's cousin get us a place down there.  I feel horrible about the whole thing.  Heck!  I met the guy once and we were shooting guns.  Don't you have to meet the person a couple of times before you use him for your own purposes?  I'm so sorry.  I am sure it will turn out especially since everyone keeps telling us these are the best years of our lives.  I'm sure it is but I think I'll have less ulcers after the house is taken care of.
